About Nick Iandolo

Alfredo in Guiseppe Verdi’s La Traviata once sang that love was both pain and delight. So is writing!

But writing is my passion and no amount of pain can ever overshadow the delight it gives me.

My recent book Cut The Crap and WRITE THAT DAMN SCREENPLAY! available on Amazon.com is a testament to that virtue.

My Boston-based romantic comedy Opportunity Knockout is making its way throught the film industry system both in Hollywood and in New England.

I recently appeared on the Money Matters Midday Show with June Knight on AM 1130 discussing my book and being an entrepreneur in these tough economic times.

I have appeared at various literary and film industry venues in Massachusetts and Rhode Island doing book signings and workshops.

I am also available for motivational speaking engagements and panel discussions, topics include:

  • screenwriting for the creative soul and for the film industry
  • following your passion regardless of industry or discipline
  • writing for media and business

I have authored seven screenplays, three books, short stories, advertorials, press releases, newsletters, marketing and communications collateral, and blog posts.

I am also a travel writer for BeantownSocialite.com.

P.S. Look for my forthcoming book in January 2011 titled Cut The Crap and FOLLOW YOUR PASSION!

“I do not propose to write an ode to dejection, but to brag as lustily as chanticleer in the morning, standing on his roost, if only to wake my neighbors up.”

~Henry David Thoreau, “Walden”, 1854
